Spencer Park is our most recent project which will deliver a total of 30 units; 26 houses and 4 flats. We are currently looking to go in for detailed planning for the second phase where we hope to gain a further 3 units. We are currently looking into green energy solutions including ground source heat pumps, advanced insulation and PV.
