Beckford Mews was our first solo project which consisted of converting two derelict buildings into two 1-bed apartments and a 2 bed cottage. The project was in the idyllic sailing town of Cowes in the Isle of Wight, famous for its annual regatta. These made perfect investment properties due to the premiums paid during high season.
